The gourmet kitchen includes professional stainless steel Jenn-air and sub-zero appliances including a 48" gas range, 48" refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, a wine refrigerator and a center island with a prep sink. The first floor also includes the main master suite with a plasma TV and a study.
This home offers two large master bedrooms both with double vanities, whirlpool tubs and separate showers with rain showerheads. The second floor opens up to a vaulted second living area with a plasma TV & sleeper sofa with large windows overlooking the lagoon and golf course. It is a perfect retreat for the kids or two families sharing the home. Off the living area is the second master, a queen bedroom and a kids bedroom that sleeps 4 with built in double/twin bunks and a trundle bed. All bedrooms, including the 2nd floor living area, have private bathrooms. Maximum occupancy is 12 people. Parking max is 4 cars.
