Centered around a 21 acre recreational park, Night Heron Park, the
East Beach community also has plenty to offer plenty the active
vacationer. From tennis to golf to dining, there's no end
to the activities available! In East Beach, we offer a variety of
oceanfront, lake, and woods view villas.

An intimate beachfront retreat, the Village at Turtle Beach reminds

Seabrook Island
Seabrook is unique among Lowcountry barrier islands in that it is
totally private and completely owned by its residents. Access to the
island is controlled by a security gate to ensure privacy for
residents and guests. Also unique to Seabrook is the island's
Equestrian Center - with its miles of riding trails winding through
the lush, semi-tropical vegetation.
