Freshfields Village Bridging Island Distinction with Charleston Charm!
Forgot or need something don't worry, our office is located in Freshfields Village, a perfect mix of shops, businesses and restaurants located at the crossroads of Kiawah, Seabrook and Johns Islands.

When Staying on the Islands, please obey the following:

Kiawah and Seabrook Islands are private communities with many full time residents. Please be a courteous neighbor and respect the residents' right to peace and quiet.

Please check the number of vehicles permitted in a property before booking your reservation. Car passes are monitored and illegal parking strictly enforced. Be sure not to park on lawns or roadside grass as you may be fined and your car towed

Bikes must be parked in designated areas and may not be left on the street, in the yard or in the driveway even for short periods of time. Also, please keep yards, decks, driveways and porches free of coolers, towels, flags and the like.

Please refrain from any loud noise. The noise ordinance is especially in effect from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Charcoal grilling on wooden decks, patios, porches, balconies or stairways is prohibited.

Kiawah has a recycling drop behind the Fire Station and Sora Rail Road by the utility plant just off the Parkway.

There is no place on Kiawah Island available to store or launch boats. Bohicket Marina between both Islands may assist you by calling 843-768-1280.
