Gary Player's 18 hole, par 71 Cougar Point Golf Course will challenge the most avid golfer, and the West Beach Racquet Club offers 14 clay and 2 lighted hard courts.

The Straw Market is a potpourri of island pleasures and treasures: informal dining, children's shops, and a women's boutique, just to name a few.

Guests in Kiawah's West Beach Village enjoy a variety of dining experiences. There's something to tempt everyone's taste.

 
East Beach Village
Enjoy your own scenic view of spectacular ocean vistas, woods, golf fairways, or lagoons. Villa Water ViewAll are just a short distance to tennis, golf, shopping, dining or a park. Kiawah's second resort village centers around a 21 acre recreational park. Night Heron Park includes a nature center, fitness trails, picnic facilities, wide open fields for all kinds of sports, and for the little ones, a playground is ready for conquest. Or, explore the park on wheels! Roller skate and bicycle rentals are also available. Supervised programs for children of all ages provide days of adventurous activities.

Tennis enthusiasts will delight in the facilities available at East Beach Village Tennis Club, including practice alley, ball machines and video tape to analyze your play. The Turtle Point Golf Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, is already a favorite of many. This par 72, 6889 yard course includes three holes bordering the spectacular Atlantic. The Village at Turtle Beach
