totally private and completely owned by its residents. Access to the
island is controlled by a security gate to ensure privacy for
residents and guests. Also unique to Seabrook is the island's
Equestrian Center - with its miles of riding trails winding through
the lush, semi-tropical vegetation.
Like Kiawah, the island's beauty is striking - hosting a variety of fascinating wildlife. Seabrook encompasses 2,200 acres with 3.5 miles of unspoiled beach along the Atlantic and along the banks of the pristine Edisto River.
