Located just 23 miles south of historic Charleston, SC, Seabrook is a private island community just off the western tip of Kiawah Island with over three miles of pristine beach and beautiful undisturbed natural surroundings. The Island is a quiet, secluded retreat for homeowners and guests alike. Villa rental accommodations and private homes are located along the Island’s beaches, marshes and lagoons or nestled among the beautiful live oaks and rare natural environment.
Guests staying on Seabrook enjoy a wide variety of outdoor activities such as walking, swimming, golfing, tennis, biking and horseback riding. It is the perfect place to enjoy a total beach experience. A variety of fishing, crabbing and boating options are available either on the Island or just outside the Island’s gates at the Bohicket Marina.
All of Beachwalker’s Seabrook guests have the option to access the new Seabrook Island Club amenities and/or the new Property Association building, the Lake House, with its state of the art fitness center, indoor fitness pool, outdoor pool and playground facilities. The Lake House has a modest access fee to use the fitness center and indoor pool.
The Club amenities include 2 private golf courses, a racquet club, an equestrian center, swimming pools, beach club and dining. There is also an access fee to use the Club amenities, since the Club is a private club. The fee applies depending on the level of membership of the owner of the property you are renting. For some properties, the access fee to use the Club is complimentary.

Beach
Club
The pool complex, nestled right on
the Atlantic Ocean, offers a junior Olympic
pool along with a large family pool. An amenity card is required for pool
access. Pool guests can enjoy outdoor dining at the new Pelican’s Nest
Restaurant located just a few feet from the pools. Eat outdoor in a casual
setting with breathtaking views of the beach and ocean and panoramic sunsets.
Golf
Located across the street from the Beach Club, the new Island House is the site
of the Golf Pro shop which features a wide selection of golf apparel, equipment
and accessories. Two championship golf courses are available only to members
and guests with amenity cards. Enjoy these two challenging courses which wander
through the marsh, maritime forest and century old oaks, in a relaxed, un-crowded
atmosphere.
Tennis
Offering 15 clay outdoor courts,
Seabrook Island’s
Racquet Club has been rated a top tennis destination for many years. With a full
service pro shop open seven days a week, the Club’s staff is prepared to offer
an array of services including racquet stringing, private instruction and
clinics.
Equestrian
Center
There is nowhere else in
Charleston
where you can take an enchanting ride along the ocean, the marsh or meandering
bridal path trails. Seabrook’s friendly staff has instructions for both English
and Western riders. Experience a beach ride, pony ride or private lesson…there
is always something for everyone.

THE LAKE HOUSE
Fitness

new Lake
House has a full service fitness facility to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle
during your visit to Seabrook. The well-equipped fitness complex and heated
indoor salt water fitness pool is a key destination to stay fit on the
Island. Personal training sessions and group programs are available
through the Island’s professional and
hospitable staff.
Outdoor Family Pool
Enjoy this inviting outdoor pool
adjacent to the fitness center and indoor pool while munching on a variety of
snacks, salads and sandwiches from the nearby Blue Heron Cafe. Take a break from
the pool and check out the children’s playground and basketball
court conveniently located next to
the family pool.
The New Island House
Located on the tip of Seabrook Island and opened in October 2009, The Island House, is a 30,000 square foot Clubhouse with brand new golf shops, locker rooms, and expanded practice facilities excite all levels of golfers. New formal and informal dining areas, expansive outdoor verandas, gardens, and a 6,000 square foot ballroom will be the gathering place of choice for Club members and guests staying in Club member-owned properties. The ballroom will be the perfect venue for Meetings, Weddings and Reunions.
