About Beachwalker
Beachwalker Rentals is a family-owned independent resort
rental company which has specialized in Kiawah and Seabrook
Island vacations since 1984. With more than 25 years’ experience
arranging unforgettable adventures for literally thousands of
families; we’ve built a solid reputation for value and warm,
friendly service. No wonder many families return year after
year and make their vacation plans with us. Beachwalker provides
a full variety of vacation rental services including Property
Management, rentals and our concierge service. Your reservation
needs will be handled by one of our property managers, all of
whom are well-versed and acquainted with our Kiawah and Seabrook
Island properties. A property manager is also on call after
hours and on holidays to ensure a worry free stay 24 hours a
day. Our concierge service will provide you with information
regarding discounts, on island and historical Charleston activities
or customize a package for your group. A notary service is available.
Beachwalker’s office is located in Freshfields Village at the
crossroads of Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. When you arrive,
you will come to our office to check in and meet some of the
friendly staff of “Your family at the beach”.
Freshfields Village
Just outside the gates of Kiawah
and Seabrook Islands, Freshfields Village offers you everything
you need to make your vacation complete. The village is anchored
by Newton Farms grocery store which blends Southern hospitality
and thoughtful food selection for refined tastes. With fresh
local produce, select cuts of meat, and vintage wines, this
extraordinary market will make “cooking in” a more attractive
option during your stay. The Village also includes a wide variety
of interesting shops including
a book store, clothing stores for the whole family, a sporting
goods store, a shoe store and many shops selling items for your
home. There are also a variety of dining options including a
deli, an Italian restaurant, a sports bar and a fine dining
venue. The Village includes convenience of all of the necessary
service oriented establishments to enjoy your stay including
a hair salon, banks, a pharmacy, medical facility, gas station
and carwash.

Directions
- From Charleston International Airport, turn right onto I-526 West toward Savannah.
- Drive 5.8 miles and exit at Savannah Hwy (US-17) and turn right.
- Drive 4.5 miles on US-17 to Main Road.
- Turn left on Main Road (Rt. 20), which will become Bohicket Road and Betsy Kerrison Pkwy, for 17 miles to the roundabout and follow it half the way around and turn right into Freshfields Village.
- Turn left when the road dead ends into Freshfields Drive.
- Drive two blocks and turn left.
- Beachwalker will be the third building on your right.
- You can park in front of our office, if available, or at the parking lot at the end of the street.
- Enjoy the shopping, dining, family entertainment and other amenities of Freshfields after you check-in.
